14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every n8n workflow bundle purchased from my n8n workflows. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
This guarantee applies to undelivered bundles or if the bundle doesn't match its description. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
What is covered
- ✓ Bundle not delivered – If you don't receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.
- ✓ Bundle doesn't match description – If the workflows don't deliver the functionality described in the product listing.
- ✓ Technical issues – If the workflows fail to import or run correctly and we are unable to resolve the issue.
What is NOT covered
- ✕ Change of mind – Digital products are non-refundable for "change of mind" after the bundle has been downloaded.
- ✕ Missing API keys – We don't provide API keys for third-party services (OpenAI, Twitter, etc.). You must have your own active accounts.
- ✕ Customization requests – We don't refund based on missing custom features that weren't listed in the product description.
- ✕ External service outages – If a third-party API (e.g., OpenAI, Twitter) is temporarily down, we cannot issue refunds for issues beyond our control.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@myn8nworkflows.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Please include in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Order number (if available)
- Bundle name(s) you purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
